Acer Liquid e Android phoneThe new Acer Liquid e as same as Acer beTouch E400, runs with Android 2.1 OS, it’s the first Android 2.1 handset in Canada, looks nice and pretty, but so far the pricing and exact release date we don’t know, maybe will be available via Rogers starting this spring.

Acer Liquid e Android phone features a 3.5 inch WVGA touchscreen display, a 5MP autofocus camera, 3.5mm headset jack, HSDPA, Wi-Fi, GPS, a Snapdragon CPU at 768 MHz and 256MB RAM, 512MB ROM.

Overall dimensions are 116×54×12.75mm and weighs 135 grams.

it is said that Liquid e is the state-of-the-art for multimedia, social media integration, and web browsing. the ideal solution is in particular for gaming, streaming, and browsing smoothly rich-content internet sites.Other new features on the Acer Liquid E include:

- Home screens – The new version now handles five home screens by default, allowing users to easily install more applications from the rich selection available on the Android Market, as well as shortcuts and widgets;
- Quick Contacts – a feature that lets users easily switch between the address book and the social network applications;

Acer beTouch E400 review-the third Acer android smartphone

We have introduced you that Acer is going to lanuch his second android cellphone named E110, while it seems Acer had done much on the android world, according to engadget.com, another android device named beTouch E400 will also lanuched with the beTouch E110 then.

The Acer beTouch E400 runs Android 2.1, 600MHz power plant, equipped with a 3.2-inch HVGA resistive touchscreen and smart LED lighting (acts as a message indicator), 3.2-megapixel digital camera with built-in flash, preinstalled with Acer Sync which is a smart application that allows automatic cloud-based and Wi-Fi synchronization with your netbook, WI-FI support.

It is going to be available in April 2010, hope they will give us more surprise then.
