very nice Physical design comes with true smartphone capabilities, bright beautiful screen with response touch interface, great Web Browsing decent camera/camcorder, great selection of apps，can run multiple apps at once, can pull contact info from Facebook right into phone contact, can use standard mini-Usb for charging/syncing, while the most important feature is can delete unwanted factory apps.
There are also some features that should better: Screen could’ve been a bit larger, doesn’t sync with iTunes, louder external speaker, scrolling a tad bit smoother, proximity sensor, better aftermarket accessories, there should be more in-box goodies from HTC.-Android Phone Review
