How to set MP3 as custom ringtone on HTC Desire android phone
It is a long time since I gave you some information about the new HTC android phone, the HTC Desire, today I will give you a useful trick about setting your own MP3 as custom ringtone on your handset.
I believe many HTC Desire users donât know how to set MP3 as ringtone, because the donât know the key thing, you have to create a folder named ânotificationsâ on the SD card, then you can do that. The following words will show you the details about how to do it.-HTC Desire info
Problem and Solution-set MP3 as custom ringtone on HTC Desire:
first: connect your HTC Desire to your computer via USB cable, then create a folder on your SD card: media/audio/notifications
second: copy your MP3 files from your computer into the notification folder. If your files are not MP3 format, you can use some MP3 convert software.
Finally: go Settings > Sound & Display > Notification Sound, you can find you MP3 files there, and pick up as your custom ringtone.
